Shah Rukh started in tech in 2011 — an internship, then a series of jobs where he worked his way up through the full stack. WordPress first, then CodeIgniter, then Laravel, then API system design and architecture. Not jumps made for a resume, but a natural progression driven by taking on harder problems and learning what each one required.

By 2019, he had accumulated enough real-world experience — and enough frustration with how engineering was often done inside companies — to go independent. He started freelancing, taking on projects directly and building client relationships on his own terms. The quality of that work attracted more complex briefs, and more complex briefs required more than one person.

The team came together gradually between 2019 and 2023 — engineers Shah Rukh had worked with or vetted personally, who matched the same standard for delivery and communication. In 2023, the operation was formally registered as a company in Pakistan, reflecting the level of structure and professionalism the work already demanded.

In December 2025, Cypher Core was registered as an LLC — giving US and international agency partners the legal framework, formal contracts, and USD invoicing they need to engage confidently. The business didn't change at that moment. The paperwork finally caught up with it.

Today, Shah Rukh leads a team of 5 engineers focused on one thing: being the most dependable technical delivery partner a US digital agency can work with. He is directly involved in every project. There is no layer between you and the people doing the work.
